Vitamins and supplements should be based on your body type and health needs. However, there are a few that I have made part of my every day routine that I would highly recommend!
Multi Vitamin
Even with a balanced diet, our bodies still may have deficiencies in certain areas especially in those winter months. My go to for years was the One a Day Women’s Vitacraves. They can be a bit pricey, so I would also recommend the Trader Joe’s version which when bought in the store is half the price, yay!
Hair, Skin and Nails
Yessss to everything about this vitamin! It tastes great, leaves your hair shiny & strong, your nails looking great, and promotes clear, glowing skin. Definitely my favorite out of the pack. Probiotic
Don’t forget about digestive health! Shiny hair is great, but so is feeling your best self. If you are prone to tummy aches and bloating, chances are your gut is telling you it’s time for some TLC. These are available in pill form and gummies.
Immunity Support
When cold and flu season hits, these little guys are a must! I also recommend taking them when traveling, to combat fatigue and all the fun germs that come with airports, transit and big cities.
